Achieving Inclusive and Sustainable Philippine Fisheries Sector

Fisheries is among the major industry of the Philippines, being an archipelago surrounded by wide seas and oceans. Fisheries has also been one of the productive that even puts the country in the global map as one of the top fish producers. However, the fisherfolks remain as one of the poorest of the poor. 

In this webinar session, we invited resource speakers from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), USAID Fish Right Program, WorldFish Center, Feedmix Specialist II, and Tambuyog Development Center to share their knowledge, insights and perspectives on how the Philippines can achieve an inclusive and sustainable fisheries sector.
